I hired Nate to restretch my carpet. He explained how it had been incorrectly laid. ALWAYS use a Power Stretcher to install carpet!!! Nate was so professional that he explained everything beforehand. He showed me each step along the way. Our carpet looks brand new now! His manners are excellent (former Marine, Maam). I will refer him to friends and family. He knows his carpet repair.
We had Nate as our guy and he was amazing and the price was perfect! He also did a minor repair on our window! 100% recommend using Absolute Floors & More!!
If you are ever in need of a small-large carpet repair and are not in specific need to replace the whole carpet, Nate is your guy! He is very knowledgeable, flexible, patient, and has excellent customer service skills! A great guy by far! Has been doing this for over 20 years! Out of all requests I made to try to find someone to fix my carpet after my cats tore them up, I was turned away because they mainly do full carpet removal/installs. However, Nate was the only one that was able to do the small repairs! Great job Nate!!

My carpets were a mess. I thought there was no hope (even with a burn hole), he was able to match a section of carpet, spliced in the section, and my carpet came out looking brand new.
A very skillful, quality person all the way. You will be very satisfied with his efforts to provide you top quality work. Nate is definitely one to keep in your contact list.
