Came in with some obsolete equipment pulled from my totaled car just a bunch of wires and stuff, I knew I had everything, Chris took the time to look at it and asked where the XM antenna was. Right then I knew he knew his stuff. He said he could install it in my car. A few days later I said lets do it. Perfect install, 4 days later no reception in XM, called and said I would be in Sat. morning.
