Good and friendly staff, labor prices are a bit expensive to be honest. Had a dash cam installed (front and rear) and it plugs into the obd2 port. Almost 300 bucks for them to hide the wires and what not. After installing the dashcam and saying it was good I left and a few days later noticed the trim and parts they removed were not put back properly and they crimped part of it, the crimped part not upset about its rubber it should fix itself. I was referred to these folks by a mechanic. They are extremely professional and did too quality work. Would return if I needed them again.
Very successful shop but not all business is good business. They use a mark up trick and over charge people by giving them a price marked up 400-500% so that way it deters the customer or the service is over compensated. Not everyone there is bad, but I can assure you they tried it with me. Essentially it’s an old dirty business trick. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews on estimates when their policies make complete sense. We were able to get our estimate and car worked on within a couple days. Super professional and knowledgeable! At the end of the day u get what u pay for so if ur expecting to pay cheap ur probably going to get crappy work lol price was NOT bad at all compared to other shops and they were an authorized retailer for the alarm system we chose. We will definitely recommend and come back in case we need any more work done. Thank u!!!
