This is my second bad experience with their scheduling at this place. I arrived for my 4pm appointment and the door is locked (they are supposed to be open till 5pm ). So i go nextdoor to the adult Absolute dental and they are giving me so these excuses like their computers went down today and they couldn't call cause the computers went down today. Please just stop traumatizing your kids sending them to dark and cold dentist office. I took my child there for the first time a week ago. Her hygienist was nice and understanding, did a phenomenal job. Then the dentist, came in. Very unfriendly, robotic and transactional. My child needed an extraction. This dentist told me I can't be in the room for the extraction. She asked me multiple times if my kid ate within 2hours, I said yes multiple times and she kept asking ME if I feel she should do the extraction same day even th... read more
Front desk lady is real cool. Her name is Alicia . Her and Vanessa always make sure me and my kids feel welcome. They both go above and beyond. It’s always good vibes from the staff.
Dr .ozuna is absolutely the best ! He is so kind and makes your kid feel safe and comfortable! He is by far our favorite dentist 🦷!
