Woke up to a furnace that wouldn't kick on and it's 6 degrees out. Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning was at our door within 3 hrs after I made the call and took care of us. I wouldn't call anyone else. Let me tell you why... 2 months ago, I pulled up to a red light and looked across the street and noticed someone in a electric wheelchair not able to get completely off the street onto the sidewalk. Darren is great--both as a company and as an owner. He answers his own phone almost each and every time I have called, is prompt, dependable and extremely trustworthy. I highly recommend Absolute Comfort.
What a team!! Darin's working 7-9pm after this hot spell and still made time to stop and look at my equipment on his way home. if you want customer service give them a call !!!
