I hate to even rate them 1 star but you have to just to write a review. Very unorganized. Rude and hateful office workers. They didn't handle situations professionally. I have recording of them talking about me in the office. I ended up getting unemployment from them and I've had 5 or 6 benefit payments held back bc they lied and said I refused work during certain hours that were not open to my availability. Just very very poor place of employment.

This is the most unorganized bunch of people I have dealt with. Caregiver are always late or no show. They don't bother to call. The staff never knows what is going on. My daughter is high maintenance and can not be left alone at all. I work and I can't tell you how many times that I have been late for work because of caregivers not being on time.
