We bought a dishwasher less than 2 years ago. It is now coming up with an error code. Called them out, had to pay $98 ... they didn't fix it. Wanted to tell me it was going to be over $500 to fix. IT WAS ONLY $477 brand new! These guys are flat out crooks! NEVER USE THEM. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Would definitely recommend! We had a Siano service technician come out and service our refridgerator and range. The technician was very friendly and proffessional. Our range and fridge was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner and most importantly all before the inlaws came in town! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
Bought a washer and dryer two weeks ago.. went to pick it up today and was assured it was in stock. After borrowing a trailer and buying a ball/hitch, we got there to find out it was two washers, no dryer. Got the display dryer with no discount on anything and no offer to help with anything.. really felt uncared for.
Incompetent thieves. Their tech misdiagnosed my dishwasher repair, returned to install parts that did not fix the problem. Neglected to reconnect electrical service to appliance. After I discovered this, called for a remedy. Was advised that tech was "no longer with us." Resigned/fired not disclosed. Next tech advised parts necessary for repair were no longer available so Siano wasted my time and money. Requested refund for all except original call. Worst customer service. We bought an icemaker from Siano less than two years ago and it has not been working for the last four months. We have been trying to get someone to come out to fix it because it is still under warranty and no one will return our calls. We keep getting promised callbacks from Angela or Brooke. I have called and left at least 6-7 messages. Still no call back...
