From Cara and Christina in the office, Brian who came out for the estimate, to Luis and his crew who did the install - all knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Amazing company all the way around! Very professional! They do everything they say they are going to do from scheduling to installation to maintenance. Brian Goldstein is incredible and so were his crew! He even came by the house a second time to help me set up the Nest app for my phone! 10/10 recommend!

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give this company an negative 5 stars if possible. We entered a contract with Brian Weaver of BWR almost 2 years ago. We contracted them to replace all ducting and remove asbestos in our home and install an air-conditioning unit. It was not until we started a kitchen remodel several weeks ago did we find out that Brian known as BWR never fulfilled his contract as he never replaced the ducts and did NOT remove the asbestos.
