Cody Was our technician and was extremely helpful , knowledgeable , patient and just an all around awesome experience with him . He showed up on time and was professional the entire time . I would go back to BWR just for Cody’s service.
Cody from BWR showed up same day of our call for service. (Was on a Saturday) Our condenser motor went out and Cody immediately replaced the motor as he had a new motor on hand. Our old motor was in bad shape and the fan blade wasn't able to be removed. Cody suggested he'd take the motor home to try to remove the blade with other tools not normally on hand vs having us wait until the following Monday to get a new fan blade from a parts vendor.
