HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND: I placed an online order and accidentally ordered 2 items but for different printers. I was directly followed up with by the sales team to ensure I had ordered the correct items. I told them what type of printer I had and they fixed my order (at no additional cost to me) before it was shipped out so that I received the correct items for my correct printer. Placed an order for some new Farpointe access cards. As this was the first time ordering with Absolute Access, I called in prior to submitting the order to make sure I was ordering the correct items. They went above and beyond to gather the necessary information from us then double check with the manufacturer that we were indeed ordering the correct items. Fantastic Customer Support! It's our company's first purchase of a ID card printing machine and we have been working with Kurt. Even though we are a small company and did not buy the high end printer, Kurt has been patient, thorough and determined to get us set up correctly. His treatment of my questions and requests for help has been exemplary. We will be shopping with Absolute Access ID through Kurt for all our future ID printing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They have always helped when I called with questions, and they make sure to ask you questions to ensure you are getting the correct products. Kurt is phenomenal! He helped me pick a product that was best for my company's needs, jumped through hoops to fix things that were not his company's fault, helped install our new printer, and went through showing me step by step how to use the new system.
