Another visit and another great experience! Everyone on the staff makes me feel very comfortable... like family so the practice name is appropriate. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years. I broke two front teeth grinding in my sleep so my teeth were a mess when I stopped in mid June. Just over a month later now and I don’t try to hide my smile anymore. Doc Kaplan is the man!
They Canceled my sons apt the day before and told me the next apt was 9months out ������
This is the worst dental experience you will ever have have paid them over $1,050 and still can't get my billing right even my teeth still hurt absolutely atrocious
Shout out to Julio... you turned my super anxious kid into a happy giggling kid who said...get this... 'i cant wait to come back here!' My kid?! wanting to go to the dentist?!? wow...good job!
What I think, well 1hr 1/2 wait for a appointment that I can to early, had to leave and when I came back again over hr wait. They need help or replacement im say help bettering there times
The staff are so friendly and professional at the same time. Even being short staffed my son n I received excellent care.
Works for me and my family. Sometimes the wait time is long but that's my only complaint.
