Recommendedpoor bedside manners from the doctor himself however the assistants in the room have always been dolls so I have stayed but other than that I've had nothing but issues. then for my sons latest appointment I get a call to confirm the night before as well as ask me to come in to an earlier appointment then my original time and the day of I get another call an hour before his appointment stating the doctor called out so he cannot get a cleaning but could still get his exam and reschedule the cleaning. Myself & my child attend Absecon Family Services this morning before my app just as I was about to switch dentist. I had an appointment today and kept it & realized that all but 2 employees have been replaced the atmosphere was clean, quiet, & organized. Furthermore the staff was incredibly helpful a few things that I had been trying to accomplish for about a year we're all set in motion today. 3 members of my family have been and are established patients here . The staff is always polite , courteous and friendly. Drs Maria G and Dr Pia are helpful to the patients . The office is clean and sanitized more especially in this pandemic. (I am not really a great fan of going to dentists but the docs made it easier for me ) ! 😅..
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD FOR DENTAL CARE! THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR TIME. I LEFT WORK EAELY FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ARRIVED AT 4:00 FOR A 4:15 APPOINTMENT AND SAT FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! AFTER I COMPLAINED FOR THE THIRD TIME THEY OFFERED ME A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. Poor scheduling and poor bedside manner.
You should deff get your teeth done the staff is great and the people are awesome in the office is always nice and well polite I also got all my teeth re done here dr Kaplhen is deff the doctor to see 🙃
As with most doctors offices there is usually a wait to be seen, I come prepared with tablets for my children. The cleanings are quick which is good for the kids. They don't have any serious dental issues so a quick dental exam works great for us and out the door we go. The annoying issue for me is it is very hard to schedule 6 month visits. They are already working on 8 months out. It throws off the check up schedule.
Be prepared to wait a few hours each time.
