The oncology nurses are by far the worst in the Penn system for mask compliance, which seems like a bad combination since cancer lowers the immune response. Also, the infusion center is mask-optional for patients, in large shared rooms with nothing but a curtain separating each patient, and eating/drinking during multiple-hour treatments is encouraged. Have fun getting ill, if you go here 🤷🏻♀️
