Sad that I was open and honest and given false hope. I checked with employer and previous residential management and they never checked with them but claimed i didn't meat certain criteria and wanted to charge me double the security deposit plus 1st months rent. Swindled me out of 2 $50 application fees. Disgusting way to do business
