I am sure he spent some time looking over my questionnaire and reports before I got his 3 minute initial visit, No exam. He ordered a cats can and he advised me he would call me with the results. l already saw two doctors about the results by the time he called. I liked that he called and not his assistant, I will give him credit for that. What I did not like is he treated an incidental finding as "nothing to worry about" The other doctors informed me the importance of further testing .
Dr Knoll is treating my Mom for Bladder Cancer. He took time explaining what was going on, why she was having the problems she was, choices of treatment. There was ABSOLUTELY no hurrying or feeling that he was not focused on us. She went thru 2 operations,and will be re-checked in 3 months. We could NOT have had a better experience considering the circumstances. Dr Knoll took every call we made to him, including ones to his cell phone! Who does that??? In our book, he is one of the best!!
My first (and last) visit, was VERY disappointed... I had to change urologists because of insurance changes,,,Dr. Knoll literally gave me the '3 minute express' checkup. No questions asked, no discussions...I was used to actually talking about issues and concerns with my old urologist. Will be looking for another urologist for my next checkup. Would NOT recommend.
This doctor is as cold as ice. I believe he viewed me as a dollar sign over my head. I believe his credentials should be taken away. He advised I had a double hernia and a nodule. It was later proven I had neither one. I advised EVERYONE to stay away from this so called doctor.
Past patient of Dr. Levine and after he retired a patient of Dr. Knoll. Have been to se him 3 times and at every visit professional and personable as well. Hard to step into another Doctors shoes but Dr. Knoll has made that transition very east for me as the patient.
