Very pleasant experience
The best thing about the office - Lisa! Outstanding at the front desk and makes the processing easy! As usual Dr. Knoll is wonderful!

Dr Knoll is very thorough with the exam and explains everything. I would recommend him to anyone.
Explain everything really clearly and took time to help answer my questions
Dr. Knoll is wonderful. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends that are in need of a urologist.
Dr Knoll has no patience and treated me for something without giving proper options. I subsequently changed to another urologist and all tests came back negative. The proper thing would have been to provide options and confirm the problem before providing treatment. I was also sent home without any aftercare instructions and I had to call the office multiple times to get proper guidance. I would NOT go here if you want informed and proper care.
I am sure he spent some time looking over my questionnaire and reports before I got his 3 minute initial visit, No exam. He ordered a cats can and he advised me he would call me with the results. l already saw two doctors about the results by the time he called. I liked that he called and not his assistant, I will give him credit for that. What I did not like is he treated an incidental finding as "nothing to worry about" The other doctors informed me the importance of further testing .
