Very impressed with my first visit. Thorough X-Rays taken, comfortable/open conversation regarding condition, answered my questions, provided options. Did Not feel rushed.
I saw Dr Kim for knee pain. He was attentive, asked the right questions, and took initial steps to rule out alternative root causes. When I went back for a follow-up, the other knee was exhibiting similar symptoms (arthritis) and Dr Kim treated that as well. He then referred me to another specialist to review my case, to see if arthroscopic surgery was needed. He came across as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kim and his staff were excellent along with Hoag. Every question I had was answer when I did not see Dr. Kim directly his PA answered any concern I might have. I felt very confident with the whole process. Once home, a nurse checked in along with the office.
