Let me start by saying I’ve been a RN for 30 years and have a very high standard for all health care providers. Dr. Chen is outstanding! I’ve seen him for 14 years. He takes time and listens to you and explains what is going on. He provides literature for you to read. He is easily accessible and has a very attentive staff. Grace at his front desk is incredibly kind and caring. All around I highly recommend him and his office. You won’t be disappointed!
Dr. Chen is amazing. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything. He really does care about his patients. His staff is great and is always accommodating. I went there recently during Covid, and felt that they take all precautions to ensure everyone is safe. I recommend him to all my family and friends!
Went to Dr Chen for a number of years. Never had a doctor listen to me like him and explain things so well. I go to another doctor now but my kids still go to him. First time I ever felt listened to by a doctor. A+
Doctor Abraham Chen is been our family Doctor for years, so far he is the BEST of all the Inland Empire Doctors. He is very thorough with his patient and take his time. A very friendly Doctor and his Staff as well, they are all very nice and friendly. Make a call and you will be happy you did. The Beat among the Best..
We've been happy with Dr. Chen for a number of years until recently. My complaint is that he said he was getting nothing out of doing the paperwork for our disability and found it a waste of time. Wow! He also likes to talk over you, is condescending and rude. Today he actually wanted me to apologize to his receptionist. I had asked her not to put me on hold when I was at the CVS window. I guess she thought I was demanding? Wake up call.. Time to find a new doctor.
