My car was backed into ruining the entire rear passenger door and scraping the tire, bumper, and front door. My insurance quoted the fix-up as $2067. I got a few quotes from around town. Jennifer was great in setting everything was impressed how extra scratches were buffed out. I would go back in a heart beat and recommend others.
The service was horrible and the work sub-par. We had to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and with a news agency investigative reporter because while our Lexus Hybrid was at Johnson Collision at Wakefield was in the shop for accident repair on the front bumper, we found a crack in our windshield which was not present when we put the vehicle in Johnson Collision at Wakefield for repair. My husband is currently serving in Iraq. Having him away is difficult enough but then my Blazer was vandalized with spray paint. After the third shop said it would need to be completely refinished and cost over $3000.00 and brought it to you to see what you could do. Michael told me he needed my car for only 30 minutes and there would be no charge. He disappeared to the back with my car and 20 minutes later brought it back to me perfect shape with NO PAINT!
