I was involved in an accident (rear ended) while in Colorado, my car was not drivable and I had to leave it in state to be repaired per insurance rules. I selected Michael's Auto Body and have been extremely happy with their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship.
Michael was great and we are very pleased. We are a return customer.

My car was backed into ruining the entire rear passenger door and scraping the tire, bumper, and front door. My insurance quoted the fix-up as $2067. I got a few quotes from around town. Michael's was recommended to me by a lady at another car shop in town. She said they were very reputable. Jennifer was great in setting everything was impressed how extra scratches were buffed out. I would go back in a heart beat and recommend others.
Since they have a new president ( Rick Cossette )service and customer care has gone down hill. Left 3 messages for him to call me and no response for over a month. Filed a complaint with thje BBB and he ignored that also it has been over 2 months very poos srevice and workmanship now.
I do tell people I know about your great work and customer service.
My husband is currently serving in Iraq. Having him away is difficult enough but then my Blazer was vandalized with spray paint. After the third shop said it would need to be completely refinished and cost over $3000.00 and brought it to you to see what you could do. Michael told me he needed my car for only 30 minutes and there would be no charge. He disappeared to the back with my car and 20 minutes later brought it back to me perfect shape with NO PAINT! After moving here from Minnesota the last thing I wanted to deal with was an accident. And to add even more problems, we didn’t know any reputable repairs shops.
