Fantastic experience! Customer service was the first thing I noticed and appreciated. Greeted by friendly, knowledgable people. While they had my car, I was updated regularly and when my car was complete... it was perfect. They even professionally detail free of charge. Well done. Very satisfied! I have used Michael's for years, and have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Everyone I saw and spoke with, was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. All in all, a very pleasant expeperience.
I was involved in an accident (rear ended) while in Colorado, my car was not drivable and I had to leave it in state to be repaired per insurance rules. I selected Michael's Auto Body and have been extremely happy with their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship.
