Best ever!!! Great place I am happy:) My car is too!
I got rear-ended and looked this place up online. Mike dealt with the other driver's insurance for me and arranged a rental on site. The work was completed in a week, as Mike predicted, and my car came out looking beautiful! They even cleaned it inside and out. Mike even settled a dispute between me and the insurance company about gas for the rental! They were professional and just plain nice :)
Went to go pick up my car and they did not sand the inside of the wheel well. It looked like a 5 year old put putty on it and left it. They "fixed" it but I can't help but wonder if it would look better if I took it to a good body shop. Also, after I went there and didn't pick up the car because it looked so bad I expected the manager might call. Nope. My car is 5 months old. The best place
Unfortunately, I would agree-bad customer service. They were only interested in an estimate. After I picked the car up when repairs were complete, they just handed me the keys. I expected someone to look the car over with me in case there were any concerns (which there are). I would not recommend! Spend your money elsewhere and don't go on an insurance recommendation.
I have seen for myself the work Michael's do and I have been well satisfied. Yes, I would certainly recommend Michael's Auto Body Shop.
