Had a great experience with Steve. Had an accident and was sent here from my insurance company and Steve was here to help me. He gave me constant updates and answered many of my questions. Unfortunately my insurance deemed my car as a total loss but Steve helped me through the process of resolving any questions I have.
My experience at Caliber collision was great! Another car hit the front drivers side of my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I worked with Steve who was an incredibly patience and down to earth guy. He took a look at the damage, gave me an estimate, and I was on my way within 45 minutes. There was additional damage they found under the bumper and he called to let me know it would take extra time which was courteous.
