My experience with Price's on Mallory Lane in Brentwood is/was frustrating. I'm sure there are good people there, and I suppose they did a good job on a few things on my car but they dropped the ball on the details BIG TIME. I suspect they are understaffed (so the owner can maximize his personal income, just like every other business in this country) and the quality of work is going downhill. Best ever!!! Great place I am happy:) My car is too!
I got rear-ended and looked this place up online. Mike dealt with the other driver's insurance for me and arranged a rental on site. The work was completed in a week, as Mike predicted, and my car came out looking beautiful! They even cleaned it inside and out. Mike even settled a dispute between me and the insurance company about gas for the rental! They were professional and just plain nice :)
