Very unprofessional. My furnace would not turn on so I called ABR. The guy that answered was half asleep the entire time and gave me the impression that he didn’t wanna help me. I asked if he could send someone to my home to take a look at the furnace and he agreed. 4 hours later I called him again, since no one had shown up or called me to let me know whether or not they were on the way. This is my first review of a business that has promised great service and customer satisfaction and delivered exact opposite. On the morning of June, 14th my ac unit stopped working due to a small hole on the suction line caused by wires that were rubbing against it over a very long period of time.
