I have been a client for several months. Deep tissue massage and stretching has been the services provided. I consider myself very knowledgeable in massage therapy and truly enjoy the services provided! This is a class A service!
The stretch treatment was amazing! Great for the hips and lower back!
Whenever I have been suffering through an injury or needed help stretching out tired and stiff muscles from being a group exercise instructor, he was my go-to person that always helped get me back to where I needed to be. Very knowledgeable and flexible to fit within your schedule. Would recommend to anyone, injury, maintenance, or just for relaxation purposes.
