As a former collegiate athlete, I have been to many trainers for stretching and massages. This was one of the best stretches I've had in a long time. Working out 4x a week and teaching tennis all day, my body takes a lot of abuse. I look forward to continuing to use this service as a way to help my body recover. Thank you!!

DeKarus did an awesome job stretching me out after my workout! I will definitely use his services again!
I have seen DeKarus for a few short post workout sports stretching sessions which are great at resetting my hips and stretching out my glutes, hamstrings and quads. However, mostly recently I had a sports massage along with cupping to target not just my lower body but some nagging scapular pain. 2 weeks later and I am still close to pain free. D has a knack for listening to the body and it's movement and then targeting your treatment according to your body. No cookie cutter treatment here!
