He might be good...I dont know. He was very nice and seemed to handle all my questions on the phone and PROMISED to call me the next day. We have a hot tub that need a new therometer and I have called him EVERY DAY starting 1.5 hours after he was scheduled to arrive. That was 3 days ago and still..NO ANSWER...NO CALL BACK...NOTHING. Dont know who Amy Smith is but would sure like to know...maybe she can get something done.

We just used them to fix our hotsprings hot tub thats warranty just ran out. We switched from the company we bought it from after really bad service. Thanks Amy!

I just bought a used hot tub for my old bones only to find out the company that made it is out of business and the pump and heater didnt work. It took a few days before they could come out but they figured out that my main pump was frozen and the heater was fried. They had both items and returned the same day. The pump I shooped around at Rising Sun and was quoted \$549. I got it for \$425. The heater though was \$180 and the others guys said \$160. SCAM ARTIST! Dont fall for his lies. First Google "Dr. Hot Tub" and "Gordon Smith". The stories that appear should keep you from using his so-called service in the future. The guy spins lie after lie until he talks you into signing a check. Like many other reviews, this guy is unable to return a phone call (6 to be exact).
