Thanks for getting our swim spa in tip top condition. I knew the service company we were using didn t know what they were doing. Thank you for spending the time pounding the info into my thick skull. Also it was cool meeting a Richard that actually knew what he was talking about.

Well I don't know where to start, let me start by saying Mr. Smith was very prompt in the beginning to let me know he would and could repair my hot tub. Mr. Smith came out and was very courteous; he thought there was a problem with my temp. Sensor so he had to come back in a couple of days to put a new one on. Ok well when he came back it was not the sensor but the control board instead, come to find out they don't make that one anymore. I told him I wasn't sure I wanted to repair it because I really didn't have the extra mo... read more

Thank you for taking care of our very old tub. We thought we were going to have to rip it out of hte deck and go spend another 10k on a Hotsprings. The new controls are easy to operate. We will be using you in the future.

Unbelievable work ethic in an era where people dont appreciate customer service! Mr Smith promptly returned my call following an email sent during my night shift (an ICU nurse). He has fixed a very neglected hot tub, with a quote 200.00 higher than his actual invoice. He is pleasant, and made arrangements to install a new pump telling us upfront his hourly charge. He spent 6 hours, on a holiday weekend, having to rearrange his family plans to fullfill a promise that we were not holding him to, and then charged us for only on... read more
