Would Not RECOMMEND no one to work here ! MANAGEMENT SUCK ! Worked here for a few months coworkers I worked with LOVED them patients In the home were great ! But management sucks I'm surprised I lasted as long as I did they literally want you to put the job before your kids ! I’ve worked at this job for only 6 weeks and received a termination text message. On my day off. over not responding to a text message and false allegations of disrespecting management. I will say the clients I worked for was great loved the house I was assigned to but the management at the company is terrible. so just know if you work At this job be prepared to have false allegations put on you and getting terminated at any time for no reason. No stars for one (I had no choice but to pick a start to post) they lied about the work schedule. My very first day on the job I asked if the schedule is gonna be a set schedule or bounce around type of schedule. Of course they said yes it’s a set schedule. The next time my schedule came out my days were all switched around and days were added. So I contacted the person who did the schedule and they talk to their boss and my work schedule went from 4 to 5 day a week to only 1 to 3 days a week.
