In prepartion to selling my home, I wanted to know anything needing repairs on my house so I contacted SeviceMagic and was referred to Curtis. Curtis showed up on time, was clean cut, pleasant, curteous and professional. During his Home Inspection, he told me about each problem he found and included tips on repairing them. This was his 999th inspection, one more and he will be a Master Inspector! I would highly recommend Curtis to anyone.

Curtis did an outstanding job! He was very professional and gave helpful tips. I was impressed at how the report looked he included pictures and it was 38 pages long. I would definitely recommend his services.
He is extremely easy to work with and very flexible and very thorough. He was patient and comforting.
Curtis was 20 minutes early for the inspection! That set the tone right off the bat. He made his way in a very detailed manor throughout the entire residence, keeping us informed every step of the way. He provided us with detailed instructions on items/issues that were and were not to code. When all was said and done the following day we received his complete inspection report back. The service was great he was very thorough he took pictures, the prices were reasonable he worked in a timely manner all needs & criteria were met according to the CREIA he did everything he was supposed to do and more but the best part was that he didn't tell us anything new about the house that we didn't already know.
Curtis was extremely professional. He showed up on-time, was very efficient and courteous (he even removed his shoes so he would dirty the new carpet), and took the time to go through everything on his report. He pointed out issues and explained them thoroughly, and even identified features that he felt were good choices in contributing to the building construction. Naturally, these are things you would want to hear when evaluating a new house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring an inspection.
