I called Curtis to inspect the home I bought 'as is' (short sale) back in Feb 2013. I did not have the property inspected due to a very chaotic life situation at that time. This is the guy to hire. Don't look anywhere else. Curtis was professional and very knowledgeable. He was not afraid to get dirty and crawled under the foundation. We had to reschedule on him 3 times and each time he accommodated us. Worth more than he charges.
Curtis did an excellent job! I hired him to perform a home and mold inspection for my rental. He came earlier for the appointment, prepared the report the next day. The report was professional, detailed and extensive with good pictures and comments to explain the problems. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and prepared in addition (by my request) a summary letter for the conditions of the house with no additional charge.
