UTTERLY TERRIBLE! They were terrible. Utterly terrible! They overcharged me, didn't remove the viruses they promised they'd remove (viruses came back immediately), and also got my computer back to me a lot later than promised. I used to take my repairs here, but I will never come back there again after that incident.

Customer Friendly I have used their services for over 10 years and have found Jason and company to go above and beyond for customer service. I purchased my very first computer from the store and it lasted for many years until I needed to upgrade. What I appreciate about the store is that they give good advice as far as what to purchase for add-ons, what you can download for free that is of quality, and what you do not need to buy that is unnecessary "fluff." Avoid at all costs The worst I've ever been to! And I've been to some aweful computer repair places. I went there three weeks ago for worm/virus removal. Got my computer back and notice a rattling sound in it that wasn't there when I dropped it off with them. Plugged it in at home and it wouldn't turn on. Brought it back and they said it must have shorted out the power supply when I brought it home, it didn't have time to have that happen. But they said they'd take off the labour cost so I left it with them, a week later I c... read more
Best Shop around Fast and Friendly! I got a virus that removed all of my files . I brought to there shop and paid the extra 30$ emergency service and was done in a HOUR! Best ever experience yet. I am posting because it seems only people post when they are upset. Best wishes guys keep up the good work
