I purchased home that has awnings from this company. I attempted to book an appt. to service the awnings and to replace an end cap. No one calls back. Then finally someone booked an appt. but did not show up. They never responded to texts or to calls. No one in the office would help. 2 months later the owner called and went to the property to see what the part was that he had to order. He did go, but he never called back with an answer. He never responded to any text messages. And still has not ever called back. So stupid! L... read more
Please DO NOT hire this company Above All Awning or it's owner James Utterback. He will no keep his promises. Will not call back. Will not honor warranty. Mr. Utterback will be getting a letter from my lawyer. I'm not done with him even though he seems to be done with me. Packy Forrey
