I am posting this for my grandma. After not doing enough research, I had my eyebrows and eye liner tattooed at another studio. What a mistake! The outcome was really awful. I contacted Gail and after reading her reviews. She assured me that all was not lost and she could repair the damage. She began by fixing my brows. They look wonderful, just the way I hoped for. Next she's going to fix the eyeliner. She's really an amazing artist and extremely professional. I highly recommend Gail if you are considering permanent makeup.
Thank you Gail, I love my brows! I wish I would have done this many years ago. I love what I see when I look in the mirror, and the freedom to go about my day with absolutely no makeup is more liberating than I thought possible. You have a special talent and are a champion to many!!

Professional, clean, and did a wonderful job would recommend to any one .
I had my eyebrows and lower lid liner done by Gail. No more fooling with pencils gels powers so I can just walk out the door and look great!! She takes a lot of time matching and trying different colors to select the best for each person. We discussed what I was looking for as an end result and it happened. Thank you so much Gail!!
This was my first experience in permanent makeup. I'm in my late fifties and was a little nervous. Gail made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. I got permanent eyeliner on both top and bottom lids and was absolutely thrilled with the results. They are so natural looking. Throw on a little mascara and I'm done. I cannot tell you how much I LOVE it.

Gail Tullio is a highly competent, very professional, and a passionate make-up artist who achieves natural and stunning results for each client's needs. This is my 3rd session with Gail in 10-11 years. My eyebrow enhancement has lasted 3-4 years each application, and my 80-year-old mother begged me to bring her along 4 years ago so she could reap the benefits & satisfaction of permanent make-up. We happily endorse Gail and her steady, expert touch! She IS the Best in Ohio or anywhere east of the Mississippi !
