I'm ready to switch doctor's at this point everytime I need prior authorization or any form sent to the doctor or nurse on duty I can never get anything done in a timely manner the admins tell you their going to send information over to the doctors. I call. Two weeks in a row and still nothing has been sent for me to get what I need...Smh
