the guy who ran this place (Richard chang) was a total chode.
Adodewell is great way to sell your house and better then the big guys. I really liked working with them and the process was really smooth. I would recommend checking them out if you're selling your home.
I was given an offer, which I accepted. I scheduled an inspection. The inspection report came back which I accepted. Then, they came back and said oops, we just found out your home is by a busy street do we have to charge you another 4%, in addition to the 10.5% and closing cost we originally quoted you. They will RIP you off. Do not trust them.
The people you will find in this company is awesome. They will provide a lot of support, orientation and they will always do whatever possible and a little more to help. I am totally satisfied with the company and the quality of people who works in this company. Thanks
