My experience with ABM has been great! They are professional, effective at communicating and respond to property inquiries quickly.
I was asking for one bedroom apartment for rent and No one help for looking for rent apartments in ABM apartments. The funniest thing is the response was in google reviews was, I don’t speak English.
ABM apartments were the first and only apartments i lived in while in Los Angeles (2014-2022). My apartment complex in Bevelywood was regularly maintained and management was receptive to my messages. Rent, I would say, was fair for the location and market. If I still lived in Los Angeles I would probably still live in the same place or in one of ABMs other properties.
ABM has been very flexible and accommodating to all my tenant needs. The apartment has little to no issues and if there is ever anything needed they communicate with me to solve things right away. I even locked myself out my place one and Jacob was incredibly kind to let me borrow the keys to open it again. All in all a great management company and well kept property.
Abm apartments is not what they make it seem, they’re housing are not well kept up or matinance been living here 25 years. We’ve sent couple of requests that still hasn’t been filled carpets & flooring are far by disgusting with bed bugs & roaches they’re quick to send a notice letter about a little noise but can’t fulfilled a request from a tenant that’s been here for far too long
