This is a horrible company, trust me that you could just flush your money down the toilet or give it to them. They promise EVERYTHING when they are "selling" to you, but once they get your money....Good luck. They do not stand behind their products or service, and both are HORRIBLE. They have basically robbed me now 3 times, but there will not be a 4th. If you are looking around for any heating or cooling products, you will want to go anywhere else but here, unless you like giving away money to criminals.
