I called early this morning, and Rita got Alex out in a few hours. Alex is the man with the plan. He answered all my questions. He had my older unit up and running in no time. I really felt like i was in great hands. Really impressed with the company and the employees. Dont hesitate to give them a call, also very reasonable priced.
I love the service guy Alex. He's very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to be helpful if he can. The company tries to do its best to get someone there as soon as possible. They've always come through for my mom.
Alex did a wonderful job checking out my air conditioner unit. Freon was low and he fixed that. My unit is running so much better and is cooling great now. Great job and will call Ables next time. Thanks to Alex and Ables Service Company.
The service was friendly, with excellent customer service from me calling the office to set up an appointment with Rita, to service completed with Alex. They both were knowledgeable about the systems and explained everything clearly to me.
