Terrible in repairing stuff. Maintenance staff seldomly call back. I ended up spending my own money to replace leaking faucets in bath room and kitchen. One of my bedrooms has no power for months … end up paying my self Repair guy ‘Scott’ said owner donot want to pay. Office staff very friendly.
Terrible service. They are horrible at responding to maintenance requests. Our roof has been leaking for years and even once caved in. They didn’t care, hired people without permits to fix the roof, and a year and a half later, the roof is still leaking.
