I was told on the phone that it’s in network provider, when showed up for appointment it was not the case plus $500 payment was demanded for fracture regardless of my insurance. All of this should have been disclosed up front on the initial phone call where you took all of my insurance information and I told you this was for a child. I would not bother coming to you at all
I just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge how incredible this entire staff is. From the moment I called, they were willing to squeeze in my 11 year old for a confirmed fracture from Urgent Care the previous night. The nurse showed absolute compassion. When we arrived she remember our call and put us at ease. The doctor was patient, detailed, compassionate and explained in detail what happened and what to expect. I am very thankful they made a stressful situation so easy.
Dr. Manouel,M.D., Dr. Lewis, Dr. Kyle and your staff has helped me regain my quality of life that I once had. You and your staff helped my sister and now you have helped me. I will always be forever thankful
