Was behind one of their vans today on James Street around 4:30, driver was talking on his cell when the light went green, he wasn't moving after I honked, so i drove around him, he blasts his horn and tailgates me, then drives on the curb up next to me saying he took a pic of my license and will report me. Report me for what? Driving around him while he sat there talking on his cell? Then he uses his cell again while driving to take a pic of my car.
