I woke up this morning and couldn't lift my head off my pillow, called Dr Zhao, he got me an appt asap (20 min later :) ) Long story short, acupuncture, a bit of massage and some gentle manipulation later, I'm feeling soooooo much better <3 going back tomorrow..this is a great start 😊
