Not a great job. Ability installed floating floors in two rooms in our house. The work they did was sloppy and left gaps between some of the boards that were unsightly and arguably unsafe. I called Rick, the owner to tell him about this but he didn't offer anything other than to put caulking in the gaps. I didn't get the impression they really cared about the job they were doing and Rick confirmed this.
RecommendedThey refinished our kitchen floor, which was covered with tile and also replaced our ugly stairs and made them beautiful. Shane was a pleasure to work with and the results are great. I highly recommend.
So professional and patient in walking me through color choices. The end result are more beautiful natural wood floors Than I could have imagined. You can’t tell where the original wood ends and the new wood begins.

We used Ability Wood Flooring to install the wood flooring in our house. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They helped us pick the right flooring that we just love. They quality of installation is impeccable, down to the last detail. Answered all our questions and gave us suggestions that I don't think we would have received somewhere else. Will definitely use them in the future. Would highly recommend!
