Most horrible facility I have ever dealt with. I’ve been told so many lies and they have billed incorrectly. The director is very rude and does not listen. The front desk staff is unprofessional. Dr. Mackell is amazing. Ability plus is absolutely awful
I was charged a $65 no-show fee for missing a brief medication management appointment, despite it being my first missed visit and rescheduling the same day. I had confirmed the appointment in advance and did receive a reminder about 24 hours prior, but there was no follow-up or outreach the day of when I hadn’t joined.
