This is kind of long so I apologize before hand: When we first moved here we took all our pets here. We have been here for 13 years and they have been going down hill fast. First of all this place is just in it for the money, they don't care about the pets. I took my great dane puppy in to be spayed with them on May 24th. We would never use any other clinic! Dr. Ellis and his staff go above and beyond! Excellent care of our fur baby!
They just care! No matter if it's shots or something worse, we always feel like we were well informed and that our dog is getting the best treatment!
This clinic is not that great. Always had issues with prescriptions not placed correctly. The fact the they never gave our pets their shots in front of us makes me wonder if they even received them. When our one baby was hit by a rattlesnake, they took too long to treat and we lost her within 3 hours of being bit. I highly do not recommend this vet. Even some on staff are not as nice as most people are posting. But, if you choose this vet, beware, cause they really only want your money.
Dr. Ellis and staff are the most compassionate and caring individuals you could ever ask for!!! If you want your pet to have the best possible care this is the place to bring them. Our dog had been seeing another local vet for joint issues for over a year and nothing they did ever seemed to help for long. The FIRST visit to see Dr. Ellis and he had a game plan for treatment along with actually helping Alvin walk better.
