I moved here nine years ago, had to leave my trusted vet ( that I used to work for )...I found this clinic, and I won't bother going anywhere else. My pets have been well cared for, I'm very well informed of any diagnosis and possible treatments and possible outcomes. And thanks to them, I have a beloved older cat who was totally paralyzed in the back end, and has made a full recovery.
Great value and great staff. Answered all of my questions prior to setting up my first appointment. I was able to get one of my cats taken care of along with medication for the others at very low cost.
They put a chip in my dog when clearly asked not to and set up an appointment with us over the phone for a day they would be closed. Will not be getting my service again.
We will never return to this vets office! After being charged for random things other than shots just to have a spay done, our poor dog came out of surgery scared and not wanting any contact with humans.. what did you people do to my dog? She cowers when you come near her and will not let anyone pet her. I do not recommend you bring your dog or any animal here! They gave her staples for her spay surgery that we will be having taken out from another vet. Lesson learned..
The doctor and staff was so friendly and our dog Sampson was well taken care of and happy when we picked him up from his neutering.
I lost my beloved cat PouPon yesterday. Dr Ellis and his staff were so kind and compassionate I really can not accurately express my appreciation. They even made a clay paw print keepsake. I feel confident that they did everything they could in an attempt to save PouPon.
Thank you .... when my Pheobie Ann was losing her puppies and was having complications. I thought we might lose her... you all took good care of her... I have my Pheobie Ann back.
