I took my Izzy Kitty in to have her spayed and she came out of there with a sex change!!! LOL!! I just knew she was a female. I was so wrong. This wonderful place made me feel comfortable about leaving her in their care to have the neutering done. Thank you!!! Judy Alexander
They take excellent care of my sweet boy, Jack. They keep me updated while doing a procedure and I know he is in safe hands when he is there with them! You can tell that they adore animals. Keep up the good work!
I've been going to Dr. Ellis for many years. I took my new kitten there on Friday. They were able to get me in the same day at my requested time. I worked with Dr. Walker. Very caring. Very knowledgeable. She came and talked with me before she observed my kitty. I appreciate the time she took with me and all the information she shared. Very professional.
I came across Abilene Vet Clinic through and internet search. I called and after explaining to the staff over the phone my situation, they got me in right away to examine my pup. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly kind and comforting to me and my pup. I knew I was looking at an unexpected expense that I wouldn't be able to afford, but the informed me about Care Credit and helped me fill out the necessary form to qualify. Dr. Ellis and his entire staff have always taken excellent care of our dogs. Dr. Ellis is up to date on the latest technology and has excellent customer service. We have had numerous medical emergencies since moving here in 2013, and he has been there for us. We had a dog get bitten by a rattlesnake that needed to be hospitalized for a few days. Upon her discharge, he called to follow up on her...on a Sunday. This office is extremely compassionate and loving. We wouldn't take our fur babies anywhere else.
We took our dog in, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Brought in my 10 week old kitten on a Saturday morning, he had a 106 fever. Dr. Ellis ran test and gave shots and meds, we took kitten home no hopeful he would survive. Tuesday his brother ended up with high fever also, back to Dr Ellis for shots and meds. Both kittens had a long week of recovery, but now you would never know they were sick. Thanks Dr. Ellis for taking care of my sweet Tigger and Little Bit.
We came here the other day. They were so nice including the doctor. They treated her like an princess and the pricing was very reasonable.
