I don’t typically post negative reviews, and I hesitated a lot on this one, but decided it’s too important. I scheduled a visit with Abigail Smith, and upon arrival (15 minutes early as requested), I was immediately taken into a room. There, I waited for an hour on Abigail Smith - I was even more disappointed when she showed up though, as she burst into the room, she did not greet me or introduce herself.
